1. Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues can arise. Refunds or store credits may be issued under the following conditions:

• The product is proven to be defective or not as described.
• Our system has not registered a download—i.e., you have not clicked on the download link issued to you.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Signpost Audio staff and are final.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• You no longer need the purchased product.
• You changed your mind or found an alternative product.
• You cannot use the product due to hardware or software limitations (e.g., incompatible DAW or plugin).
• You cannot use the product due to insufficient knowledge or experience.
• You are using cracked or illegally downloaded software.

3. Customer Responsibility

Before making a purchase, please ensure that:

• You have reviewed the product description and software requirements carefully.
• You possess the necessary software and hardware to use the product.

Signpost Audio does not refund products that require third-party software or plugins. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compatibility and operational knowledge.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at admin@signpostaudio.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
